Caruso Consulting is a privately held international business group, established to facilitate direct trade and consulting services across global markets. The group operates through two legally registered entities — one in Australia and one in Thailand — enabling us to serve clients and partners across the Asia-Pacific region with local compliance in each jurisdiction.
Our group operates 60+ ecommerce brands globally through our principal trading arm, Buy Factory Direct, connecting businesses with factory-direct manufacturing sources and eliminating unnecessary intermediaries from the supply chain.
Both entities are fully registered with their respective national authorities — ASIC in Australia and the Thai Department of Business Development.
Headquartered in Thailand with an Australian entity, we bridge markets across the Asia-Pacific region, providing compliant cross-border business services.
Through Buy Factory Direct we connect buyers directly to manufacturers, reducing costs and improving supply chain transparency for businesses of all sizes.
